COMPASSION: a feeling of deep sympathy and sorrow for another who is stricken by misfortune, accompanied by a strong desire to alleviate the suffering.

Have compassion for everyone you meet. Even if it is for a brief moment. Everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle. They may drive a nice car, and a not- so- nice- life. They may seem to have it made, but you have no idea what they have been through or what they go home to. They may wear the same clothes to school everyday, not because they choose to,but maybe because their Mom lost her job, and can't afford to do laundry.

Observe Without Judgement.

Everyone has a story. Will you listen to it?

Know this;
You are a work in progress.
You are changing.
You are worth it.
F.L.Y * FIRST LOVE YOURSELF*
It's not supposed to be easy.
It's not supposed to be pain free.
I do know it will be worth it!

There is HOPE.
It WILL get better. I hated when people said  that to me. I felt they were throwing "fluff" in my face. Coming from someone who has been in a dark place and overcame her fears to share this with you today; IT GETS BETTER!!!!
Take a Stand. Lend a hand!!!

We are a team. We are in this together! Nobody should feel alone.

 “The most important kind of freedom is to be what you really are. You trade in your reality for a role. You trade in your sense for an act. You give up your ability to feel, and in exchange, put on a mask. There can't be any large-scale revolution until there's a personal revolution, on an individual level. It's got to happen inside first.”
